Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a group of 4 teams of validation engineers and developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of validation processes for cutting-edge automotive systems and components in a fast-paced, innovative-driven environment.
- Utilize the V model and other software developments to structure and execute validation activities.
- Manage the integration and use of tools such as Jenkins, JIRA, and other CI/CD systems in validation workflows.
- Oversee the setup, maintenance, and operation of real-time online lab systems used for validation.
- Plan and manage validation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus).
- At least 3+ years of experience in validation management (Managing managers)- MUST
- Strong background in validation methodologies and tools.
- Expertise in the V model and CI/CD methodologies and systems.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Python, JIRA, Jenkins, and real-time online lab systems.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of successfully leading and mentoring technical teams.
- Proficiency in automation and scripting to streamline validation processes and improve system capabilities.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
