Responsibilities
Provide premium quotes and manage issuance of insurance to clients, property managers, lenders, and other stakeholders
Maintain real-time Statement of Values and advise on the impact of portfolio changes related to CAT exposure or occupancy shifts
Adjust portfolio changes with insurance carriers quarterly or as directed by the client
Handle invoicing processes including emailing invoices, tracking payments, reporting status to clients, issuing premium-paid statements, paying carriers, and monitoring escrow account balances with disclosures to clients
Complete premium allocations with client input and approval, coordinating closely with risk management practice
Requirements
College degree preferred, or 5+ years of insurance industry experience
Strong knowledge of Property and/or Casualty insurance
Proven experience working directly with external clients
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel
