About the role

  • Specialist in Insurance Operations managing premium quotes and evidence of insurance issuance. Overseeing invoices and coordinating with clients and stakeholders for accurate processing.

Responsibilities

  • Provide premium quotes and manage issuance of insurance to clients, property managers, lenders, and other stakeholders
  • Maintain real-time Statement of Values and advise on the impact of portfolio changes related to CAT exposure or occupancy shifts
  • Adjust portfolio changes with insurance carriers quarterly or as directed by the client
  • Handle invoicing processes including emailing invoices, tracking payments, reporting status to clients, issuing premium-paid statements, paying carriers, and monitoring escrow account balances with disclosures to clients
  • Complete premium allocations with client input and approval, coordinating closely with risk management practice

Requirements

  • College degree preferred, or 5+ years of insurance industry experience
  • Strong knowledge of Property and/or Casualty insurance
  • Proven experience working directly with external clients
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel
