About the role

  • Performance Manager at Oliver Wyman overseeing IMEA performance management activities. Engaging with non-affiliated consultants and providing performance insights across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day delivery of IMEA performance management activities for non-affiliated consultants, including Mid-Year and Year-End review cycles.
  • Conduct quality assurance of project reviews, ensuring completeness, consistency, and alignment with Oliver Wyman’s competency frameworks and performance standards.
  • Monitor consultant performance trajectories, identify early warning signals, and proactively flag risks or development needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Talent Managers and talent leaders on performance outcomes, development actions, and process guidance.
  • Support the implementation and ongoing evolution of Oliver Wyman’s global performance framework (ADVANCE) across IMEA.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of relevant experience in performance management, people analytics, consulting operations, or HR strategy roles.
  • Prior experience in management consulting, Big 4 advisory, or multinational professional services environments strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to synthesize data into meaningful insights.
  • Proven ability to foster relationships at all levels of the organization.
