About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide Line 2 risk oversight and assurance for a regulator-mandated risk transformation program
- Review and maintain key program governance and assurance artefacts
- Conduct design and operating effectiveness reviews of frameworks, policies, controls, and GRC solution deployments
- Produce detailed reporting for Board and Management Committees
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and the appointed Independent Expert
- Support initiatives to enhance risk awareness, skills, and capability across the business
Requirements
- University-level qualifications in business management or equivalent
- 5–10 years of experience in risk or compliance roles
- Demonstrated Line 2 oversight expertise
- Experience in large regulatory transformation programs
- Strong knowledge of risk and compliance management principles
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills
