FP&A Specialist analyzing complex financial data to support business partners for Marsh McLennan. Engaging with various areas of the business for client relationship management.
Responsibilities
Analyzes complex financial data and quantitative analyses, in order to support business partners provide financial recommendations.
Reviews and conducts analysis of financial planning information and reports, and makes recommendations for changes to management.
Communicates with business partner on a consistent basis, to ensure alignment and a close relationship.
Assists in the month end close process by preparing recurring/standard and ad hoc reports, researching general ledger activities to understand variances to budget and prior year.
Evaluates financial plans by identifying financial expected performance and potential returns to investments.
Prepares financial presentations using a variety of formats, displays, reproduction of charts, graphs, and econometric models – Be effective towards communicating key financials call out points to business leaders with strong storytelling skills.
Assists in the development of budgets and quarterly forecasts; tracks and reports initiatives.
Prepares financial planning information and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Updates financial databases through entering, verifying, and securing data.
Requirements
Experience working in multinational companies
3 to 5 years of experience in FP&A
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, industrial engineering or related field.
Proficiency in English and Spanish.
A third language is an asset.
Strong Financial Core FP&A Skills and Corporate Finance understanding.
Excel proficiency.
Desirable knowledge in Power BI or CRM management.
