About the role
- Employee Benefits Consultant managing a portfolio of Healthcare and Group Risk clients in Belgium. Providing strategic advice and building relationships with multinational clients.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing a portfolio of Healthcare and / or Group Risk clients
- Focus on a client portfolio of multinational clients
- Ensure the client feels supported at all times
- Providing advice and recommendations about renewals of local policies
- Negotiate in the name of the client with local insurers and international pooling partners
- Build a good relationship with your clients
- Identify new business opportunities and promote the wider MMB proposition to maximise opportunities and achieve growth targets
Requirements
- Proven experience in a related employee benefits consulting or administrative role with an employee benefit practice
- Ability to consult, analyse and communicate on employee benefit related products
- Experience identifying business needs and aligning our products to provide strategic solutions for clients
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Self-driven and motivated
- A desire to provide exceptional customer service
- Experience in an employee benefits environment (with local broker/insurer in Belgium)
- Trilingual : Dutch / English, and good knowledge of French
