About the role

  • Responsible for managing a portfolio of Healthcare and / or Group Risk clients
  • Focus on a client portfolio of multinational clients
  • Ensure the client feels supported at all times
  • Providing advice and recommendations about renewals of local policies
  • Negotiate in the name of the client with local insurers and international pooling partners
  • Build a good relationship with your clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and promote the wider MMB proposition to maximise opportunities and achieve growth targets

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a related employee benefits consulting or administrative role with an employee benefit practice
  • Ability to consult, analyse and communicate on employee benefit related products
  • Experience identifying business needs and aligning our products to provide strategic solutions for clients
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Self-driven and motivated
  • A desire to provide exceptional customer service
  • Experience in an employee benefits environment (with local broker/insurer in Belgium)
  • Trilingual : Dutch / English, and good knowledge of French
