About the role
- Director of Product owning the vision and strategy of the Fiber platform at Mercer. Leading cross-functional execution to improve workflows and enable AI capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Own the vision, strategy, and evolution of the Fiber platform
- Define, maintain, and communicate the long-term Fiber platform vision
- Establish Fiber as the cohesive platform narrative internally and externally
- Lead platform roadmap development, including sequencing and prioritization
- Partner with UX/UI leadership to shape the end-to-end experience strategy
- Serve as the primary interface to US H&B business leadership and key stakeholders
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in product management
- Proven track record of building and executing product strategies
- Strong technical acumen and ability to partner deeply with engineering, data, and architecture teams
- Experience delivering products in complex, regulated environments with security, privacy, and compliance requirements
- Preferred experience in healthcare, benefits, insurance, or enterprise B2B/B2B2C digital platforms
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
