- Responsable Pôle CVC / Chef de projets CVC pour structurer une nouvelle activité CVC chez MLG Électricité Générale. Apportant une expertise en CVC tertiaire et industrielle.
Responsibilities
- Référent technique CVC
- Apporter l’expertise CVC au sein de l’entreprise
- Définir, valider et sécuriser les choix techniques CVC
- Garantir la conformité réglementaire et la qualité des installations
- Pilotage complet des projets CVC (études, organisation, exécution, réception)
- Organisation et suivi des chantiers (planning, moyens humains et matériels)
- Coordination des équipes internes et des sous-traitants
- Participation aux réunions de chantier et relation client
- Réalisé et encadré les projet sur le terrain
- Participer à la création et à la structuration du pôle CVC
Requirements
- Compétences techniques indispensables
- Expérience confirmée en CVC tertiaire et/ou industriel
- Maîtrise des systèmes : VRV / DRV, Pompes à chaleur, CTA, Chaufferies, Ventilo-convecteurs
- Lecture et compréhension des schémas hydrauliques et aérauliques
- Bonne connaissance des normes, DTU et règles de l’art
- Minimum 5 à 8 ans d’expérience professionnelle avérée en CVC
- Expérience en gestion de chantier ou de projet indispensable
- Diplôme technique (Bac Pro, BTS, DUT/BUT, titre pro) ou équivalent par l’expérience (VAE acceptée)
