Responsibilities
Put customers at the heart of every decision, championing their voice while driving sustainable growth
Design strategies and propositions to help customers feel confident and in control of their money
Contribute to the delivery of consumer segment strategy, supporting strategic reviews
Analyze internal performance data, market trends and competitor insight to develop structured recommendations
Work closely with product, proposition, platform and business performance partners to ensure strategies are commercially robust, data led and actionable
Requirements
5 + years’ experience in commercial strategy, business performance, finance, consulting or a similar analytical role
Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing or influencing a P&L, budgets or large investment decisions
Experience developing business cases and supporting investment prioritisation
Strong communication, collaboration and influence skills, with the ability to challenge, and build consensus at senior levels
Experience shaping segment or proposition strategy
Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear, compelling narratives for Executive or Board level audiences
Background in financial services, consumer businesses or regulated environments
Data literacy, with hands-on experience using tools such as Tableau, Power BI or equivalent to drive insight
Proven experience in commercial tracking, forecasting and financial planning, including multi-year outlooks
