Sales Development Representative responsible for identifying and qualifying leads for Mitre Realty. Engage with potential clients to enhance the sales cycle and conversion rates.
Responsibilities
Conduct active lead prospecting via email, phone, social media and events.
Qualify leads based on criteria such as budget, need, interest and decision timeframe.
Schedule meetings with qualified leads for the sales team.
Nurture leads by providing relevant information about our products/services.
Maintain ongoing communication with the sales team to ensure alignment and efficient handoff of leads.
Requirements
Familiarity with CRM tools and Excel is desirable.
Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
Availability to work a 6x1 schedule (six days on, one day off).
