About the role

  • Sales Development Representative responsible for identifying and qualifying leads for Mitre Realty. Engage with potential clients to enhance the sales cycle and conversion rates.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct active lead prospecting via email, phone, social media and events.
  • Qualify leads based on criteria such as budget, need, interest and decision timeframe.
  • Schedule meetings with qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Nurture leads by providing relevant information about our products/services.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with the sales team to ensure alignment and efficient handoff of leads.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Excel is desirable.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
  • Availability to work a 6x1 schedule (six days on, one day off).
