Responsibilities
Provide finance and commercial leadership to Sales in respective bid opportunities.
Develop innovative and commercially sound pricing strategies and financial models that balance customer value, competitiveness, and margin performance.
Lead scenario modelling, including cost‑plus, TCO, and margin sensitivity analysis.
During customer negotiations, lead commercial discussions, handle objections, and negotiate final pricing and contractual terms (like liabilities, payment terms, commercial schedules).
Ensure deal structures align with commercial policy, revenue recognition rules, and internal approval thresholds.
Liaise with Bid Management, Sales, Pre‑Sales, Services, Legal, Procurement, and Finance to resolve issues, get approvals, and ensure alignment on complex deals.
Assess financial, commercial, and contractual risks and ensure appropriate mitigations.
Drive the internal approval and governance process for pricing, terms, and configurations.
Present succinct and accurate commercial and financial outputs of bids to the Board and /or executive management.
Prepare, support, and implement management decisions relating to pricing and commercial policy.
Requirements
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
Experience in commercial structuring of complex technology, UC, or integration solutions.
Ability to negotiate and review commercial terms and contracts.
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and be agile in decision making.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities as well as problem solving skills.
