- Create the user documentation for the Enterprise release at the end of March
- Conduct an analysis of the wording on The Platform
- Assist with automated support workflows - improve the FAQ
- Rethink and enrich the API documentation
- Ensure that all documentation adheres to established style guides and enterprise standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer or similar role, preferably in the tech or AI industry, with a focus on enterprise content.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to understand and explain complex AI concepts clearly and concisely to enterprise audiences.
- Experience with documentation tools and content management systems.
- Familiarity with AI technologies, machine learning workflows, and related software development processes in an enterprise context.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in English; multilingual capabilities are a plus.
