About the role

  • Support the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) 02 Program Management Office as a Technical Writer. Responsibilities include documentation, coordination, analysis, and help desk functions.

Responsibilities

  • Positions support coordination, documentation, analysis, acquisition functional activities, MS365 automation, help desk functions, and administrative/data entry.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality documentation including SOPs, end-user guides, CONOPS, business process flowcharts.
  • Produce meeting minutes, action item logs, and coordination summaries within required timelines.
  • Support project documentation such as POA&Ms, project schedules, and reports.
  • Assist in course development and training material production.
  • Assist in SharePoint/Teams site setup, structure, permissions, workflows, and content management.
  • Support data entry, research, and analysis as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of technical writing or documentation QA experience.
  • Experience producing policies, SOPs, test plans, training materials, and system documentation.
  • Minimum 3 years experience with ePS, ITIMP, or SPS (any combination).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools including SharePoint/Teams.
