About the role

Responsibilities
- Proactively conduct analyses to identify actionable insights
- Define key performance indicators for the business and build automated dashboards
- Design, coordinate, and analyze results from multivariate product experiments
- Collaborate with stakeholders in data, product, marketing, and engineering
Requirements
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or other quantitative fields
- 3 to 4 years of experience in quantitative analysis (preferably in the tech industry)
- Ability to synthesize and communicate complex concepts and analyses in a simple, easy-to-understand way
- Familiarity with online lifecycle marketing concepts
- Experience with A/B testing and strong foundational knowledge of inferential statistics
- Proficiency in SQL
- Experience with Python or another programming tool for statistical modeling
- Familiarity with Tableau or another BI tool
- Familiarity with cloud data technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Databricks
- A positive attitude and a healthy dose of natural curiosity
