Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for IT, Marketing, Travel, and Professional Services to maximize value and minimize risk.
- Lead the full RFP process, from identifying business requirements and market research to final contract execution.
- Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, helping them find the best solutions while ensuring alignment with Miro’s financial and operational goals.
- Negotiate complex commercial terms and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure high-quality delivery and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate with the wider S2P team to refine our processes, making sourcing at Miro more seamless and data-driven for everyone.
- Act as the primary liaison between our business units and internal experts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in category management, specifically within IT, Marketing, or Professional Services.
- A track record of leading successful negotiations and managing complex supplier relationships.
- Ability to use data to identify savings opportunities and drive informed decision-making.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities across different time zones.
