About the role

  • Data Analyst in the People Team at Minster Law translating HR data into insights. Designing reports and analytics to support business decision-making within a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and continuously improve people analytics dashboards and reports, highlighting trends, risks and opportunities
  • Translate complex HR data into clear, compelling insights for a wide range of stakeholders
  • Take ownership of the quality, integrity and accuracy of our people data, ensuring it’s reliable and trusted
  • Lead on HR reporting from our systems, embedding meaningful people and recruitment KPIs
  • Identify opportunities to automate, streamline and enhance reporting, exploring technology and AI to support goals

Requirements

  • Experience in data analytics or reporting
  • Proficiency in HR data management systems and reporting tools
  • Ability to design and develop data dashboards
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret HR metrics
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
