About the role

  • Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems (installation, configuration, and support).
  • Basic concepts of networking and connectivity.
  • Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., GLPI, ServiceNow, OTRS, etc.) is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of ITIL (advantage).

Requirements

  • Technical education in IT or related areas.
  • Experience in the role.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model.
  • Reside in Aracaju, SE, Brazil.
