About the role

- Submit Batch mode processes for execution of client systems and evaluate their functionality.
- Review computer operation data and logs, identify indicators with deviations, interpret messages, assess whether they can be resolved independently or escalate to the responsible teams.
- Manage the recording of backup cartridges/tapes, identify, organize, and store them in the manner and locations specified in established procedures.
