Help Desk Operator executing processes for client systems at Minsait. Collaborating with IT and supporting operational needs.
Responsibilities
Execute processes to put client systems online or offline according to predefined procedures, or as requested by the area manager.
Submit Batch mode processes for execution of client systems and evaluate their functionality.
Review computer operation data and logs, identify indicators with deviations, interpret messages, assess whether they can be resolved independently or escalate to the responsible teams.
Manage the recording of backup cartridges/tapes, identify, organize, and store them in the manner and locations specified in established procedures.
Requirements
Completed degree or currently pursuing a degree in IT (Information Technology).
