Responsibilities
- We are seeking a senior professional with strong expertise in observability, automation, and management of corporate monitoring tools.
- The objective is to ensure end-to-end observability, covering physical and logical infrastructure through critical applications.
- Administer and evolve the OpManager, Site24x7 and Applications Manager platforms;
- Create and adjust dashboards, network maps, alerts and SNMP/WMI templates;
- Integrate the tools with ServiceNow, Teams and Azure/OCI environments;
- Support 24x7 operations in critical incidents and perform root cause analysis;
- Develop scripts and automations (Python, PowerShell or Bash) for reports and alerts;
- Work on the continuous improvement of MTTR, availability, and asset coverage metrics.
Requirements
- Proven experience with ManageEngine (OpManager, Site24x7, Applications Manager);
- Advanced knowledge of network protocols (SNMP, ICMP, NetFlow, Syslog);
- Experience with Windows, Linux and Cloud environments (Azure / OCI);
- Experience with integration via REST API and process automation;
- Preferred: ITIL v4 / monitoring of FortiGate firewalls / Analytics Plus.
- Education: Degree completed or in progress in IT-related fields.
