About the role

  • HR Business Partner for North America overseeing talent strategy and organizational development. Collaborate with leaders across multiple sites to enhance workplace culture and support growth.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and cultural development
  • Partner with leadership to forecast future talent needs and build development plans to support growth
  • Lead and support change management initiatives, including reorganizations and structural transitions
  • Drive comprehensive talent strategies—attraction, selection, onboarding, retention, development, succession planning, and performance management
  • Collaborate closely with global and regional HR partners to implement aligned tools, processes, and best practices
  • Provide insights using HR analytics and workforce trends to influence business decisions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing within a global organization strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of ADA, FMLA, Workers’ Compensation, OSHA, and other employment laws
