• Reporting to the Head of Business Intelligence, the Impact and Reporting Analyst is responsible for managing and executing accountability reporting to funding agencies and other stakeholders, as well as for managing processes and tracking tools related to data management and performance indicators. Working closely with Mila’s operational teams, the incumbent plays a key role in highlighting and measuring the organization’s impact at all levels—both to inform external stakeholders and to enable sound organizational management by Mila’s leadership. For example, the incumbent will contribute to deliverables such as Mila Impact Reports.
• Finally, the Impact and Reporting Analyst will have ample opportunities to deepen their knowledge in business intelligence.
• **Key responsibilities**
• Act as the lead for preparing accountability reports for various funding agencies, aligned with each funder’s requirements, the strategic plan, and best practices;
• Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources;
• Advise and drive continuous improvement of processes, tools, or methodologies that can enhance organizational performance related to reporting, including through the use of artificial intelligence;
• Participate in the implementation of information collection and analysis tools;
• Work closely with the Business Intelligence Analyst to synchronize indicators with management dashboards;
• Draft the written content of reports in collaboration with the responsible contacts across internal teams;
• Maintain appropriate management and document tools to support these responsibilities (document management, task management, schedules, etc.);
• Help facilitate communication with funding agencies, particularly regarding timelines and reporting expectations;
• Keep Mila’s leadership regularly informed of progress and follow up as needed.
