Responsibilities
Customer support — central point of contact for customers via phone, e-mail and remote access.
Independently accept, handle and document service requests and incidents.
Technical support and system monitoring — analyze, prioritize and sustainably resolve incidents in the areas of virtualization, Windows and Linux server services.
Administration of server hardware, storage systems, operating systems and networks.
Proactive monitoring of customer systems and regular health checks.
Identify root causes of problems and derive improvement measures.
Plan, execute and control managed services within agreed SLAs.
Participate in change management and ensure consistent documentation of all activities.
Prepare service reports and support Continual Service Improvement (CSI).
Close collaboration with customers and internal teams to ensure stable, secure and high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
Professional background: Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT specialist for system integration) or an equivalent qualification.

Virtualization & Cloud: Good practical experience with VMware technologies (Broadcom / Omnissa) and knowledge of cloud environments.
Interest in IT security: You are interested in IT security topics and actively apply and continuously deepen this knowledge in day-to-day work.
Technology affinity: Enthusiasm for new technologies and trends, especially in cloud and security, combined with a commitment to continuous professional development.
Language skills: Very good German skills, both written and spoken.
