About the role
- IT System Administrator handling support in hybrid environments, managing incidents and systems. Collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure service quality in a stable IT setup.
Responsibilities
- Customer support — central point of contact for customers via phone, e-mail and remote access.
- Independently accept, handle and document service requests and incidents.
- Technical support and system monitoring — analyze, prioritize and sustainably resolve incidents in the areas of virtualization, Windows and Linux server services.
- Administration of server hardware, storage systems, operating systems and networks.
- Proactive monitoring of customer systems and regular health checks.
- Identify root causes of problems and derive improvement measures.
- Plan, execute and control managed services within agreed SLAs.
- Participate in change management and ensure consistent documentation of all activities.
- Prepare service reports and support Continual Service Improvement (CSI).
- Close collaboration with customers and internal teams to ensure stable, secure and high-quality service delivery.
Requirements

- Language skills: Very good German skills, both written and spoken.
