Responsibilities
Identify sustainable growth opportunities by conducting hypothesis tests with partners, channels and campaigns to generate new business.
Develop and implement strategies to increase acquisition, retention and conversion in the small fleet and carrier segments, applying growth-hacking methodologies across all sales channels.
Propose and execute growth-marketing initiatives in collaboration with Commercial, Technology, Communications, BI and Customer Service teams, ensuring integrated, data-driven efforts.
Contribute to sales channel results by optimizing and automating marketing processes to increase efficiency and commercial impact.
Manage the impact on the marketing and sales funnel by monitoring KPIs, analyzing results and structuring action plans for continuous performance improvement.
Monitor the effectiveness of implemented initiatives by preparing executive reports, establishing tracking mechanisms and sharing learnings and best practices.
Recommend improvements to processes and tools focused on generating additional business and accelerating the acquisition and retention sales cycle.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Advanced English
