About the role
- Assist in updating and maintaining 10+ company websites through WordPress (basic content management, text/image updates, link checks, etc.).
- Create and edit simple visual materials in Canva or similar tools for digital and print use (flyers, social media posts, presentations).
- Support sales reporting by entering and organizing data in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Coordinate logistics for marketing activities such as photoshoots, events, or promotional campaigns.
- Process and track marketing-related orders, promotional materials, and vendor requests.
- Maintain internal files, image libraries, and marketing collateral inventory.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across materials and platforms.
- Support administrative tasks related to the Sales and Marketing department.
- Performs other duties as assigned or needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing
- knowledge of WordPress for website content updates.
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools
- PowerPoint and Excel for reporting and presentations.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Nice to Have
- Experience coordinating vendors or external partners (photographers, printers, etc.).
- Familiarity with social media management or scheduling tools.
- Interest in growing within a marketing or sales-focused career path.
