About the role
- Jr Project Manager supporting project execution and coordination for a U.S.-based senior living organization. Ideal for candidates with early project coordination experience in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and attend project workstream meetings as needed
- Run meeting tools (e.g., Copilot), document discussions, and send recap notes
- Follow up with team members on action items and deliverables
- Support project execution to ensure timelines and scope are met
- Assist in maintaining and updating project plans and schedules
- Support updates in Azure DevOps, including Features and User Stories
- Provide weekly updates to the Lead Project Manager on project status, risks, and issues
- Help identify potential risks and escalate when necessary
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in project coordination or similar roles
- Exposure to Agile and Sprint methodologies
- Professional level of English (written and spoken), as you will be working with a U.S.-based team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proactive mindset with strong follow-up skills
- Experience using Azure DevOps (preferred)
- Previous experience supporting projects in a U.S.-based environment (preferred)
- Experience in the senior living industry (nice to have, not required)
