About the role

  • Consultant leading end-to-end analytics and automation workstreams at Dell's Supply Chain Assurance team. Delivering transformation and strategic initiatives to enhance supply chain resilience and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead an end-to-end analytics and automation workstream, defining priorities, roadmap, and delivery milestones aligned with business objectives
  • Establish governance for UAT, feedback loops, and continuous improvement, ensuring solutions deliver measurable business impact and user adoption
  • Oversee process and Risk Data Mesh architecture design, ensuring clear definition of data inputs/outputs, integration points, and alignment with enterprise data strategy
  • Partner with IT, data engineering, and product teams to co-develop/influence solution architecture for foundational data assets (e.g., supplier profiles, Tier-N networks, risk signals)
  • Define and scale AI-assisted and agentic workflow leveraging data foundations to automate business process and translate complex business challenges into scalable analytics
  • Influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional leaders, delivering clear, insight-driven recommendations and executive-ready narratives to drive decision-making

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in technical program management, solution delivery, or enterprise platform implementation roles.
  • Proven ability to lead complex transformation workstreams independently, from problem definition through execution and adoption
  • Strong business-technology translation capability, with experience shaping solutions across data, analytics, and automation domains
  • Advanced data and analytics expertise (SQL, data modeling, BI tools such as Power BI/ThoughtSpot) with ability to define scalable reporting frameworks
  • Experience in process redesign and automation, including RPA or AI-enabled workflows, with a focus on driving efficiency and decision support
  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Structured, strategic thinker with strong problem-solving, prioritization, and roadmap planning capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
