Responsibilities
Own feature delivery over mid- to multi-year horizons; manage schedules and backlogs
Define project goals and delivery roadmaps; align resources with priorities and technology staging
Establish and track technical success metrics including key performance indicators
Translate customer requirements into actionable specifications across multiple teams; identify gaps and opportunities
Define required data sets; analyze and inform impactful decisions for the feature area
Resolve technical issues; anticipate risk, develop mitigations, lead communications with responsible and stakeholder teams
Lead retrospectives and continuous improvement through kaizen practices
Maintain awareness of industry trends and evolving technology practices
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar related technical
3+ years working experience in product or feature development on hardware, software, and/or services
3+ years working in a technical capacity or working closely with an engineering team
Familiarity with modern DevOps tools (ie: JIRA, ADO, etc.)
Familiarity with modern software development practices (continuous integration / continuous deployment)
Experience leading cross-functional teams across multiple disciplines (engineering, product, design, QA, etc.) on high complexity projects throughout the entire product lifecycle
