About the role

  • Marketing Manager responsible for leading strategic marketing efforts at Metrum Research Group's Quantitative Sciences unit. Developing content and campaigns that elevate brand visibility and influence across the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement overall marketing strategy for QS service offerings
  • Manage and maintain company website
  • Lead redesign/refresh project and oversee vendor activities
  • Conduct marketing activities aligned with sales strategies
  • Design and execute lead generation strategies
  • Develop marketing collateral (explainer videos, case studies, FAQs, capabilities presentations, etc)
  • Develop and execute data-driven digital campaigns, optimizing performance through A/B testing, segmentation, and behavioral insights
  • Track engagement metrics and inform future strategies
  • Serve as internal expert for marketing tools: Hubspot Marketing Hub, Hubspot and Wordpress CMS, ZoomInfo, Canva
  • Ensure MetrumRG branding consistency across channels
  • Manage MetrumRG company-wide brand style guide and social media policy
  • Manage social media accounts, company newsletters, blog, etc
  • Lead event logistics and represent MetrumRG at key conferences and scientific meetings
  • Work with SMEs, Leadership, and Business Development to develop compelling, high-impact written content across multiple channels

Requirements

  • 5-8 years experience in a hands on marketing role (Life Science, Biotech, or Pharmaceutical industry preferred)
  • 4-year degree or higher in communications, marketing, business, or related field or equivalent experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in the use of Hubspot Marketing Hub Hubspot and Wordpress CMS
  • ZoomInfo
  • GTM platform
  • Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools
  • Understanding of SEO principles, keyword research tools, and content optimization techniques to drive organic search performance
  • Outstanding organizational skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong writing and editing skills with portfolio demonstrating ability to create engaging content for diverse audiences and formats
