- Lead and grow business

Requirements
- An education at the bachelor’s level in engineering or business management is highly preferred.
- Specific industry experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 5+ years of experience in operations/general/site/plant or project management with full P&L responsibility of $5-10M + and at least 10+ employees, ideally in an engineering or field services environment in manufacturing, MEP, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial.
- Data Center customer experience is highly desirable.
- Experience working with customers and building relationships.
- Strong leadership and management skills with experience growing a business.
- Self-starter.
- Strong safety culture leadership experience.
- A strong desire to "win"/competitive nature with a strong drive, energy, and motivation.
- An interest and ability in being a hands-on leader.
