About the role
- Assistant Visual Manager supporting merchandising and display initiatives for FP Movement. Engaging customers with fitness and wellness, enhancing their in-store experience.
Responsibilities
- Supports the selling, service, and operations of the store with an emphasis on merchandising and display
- Acts as a brand ambassador and reflects the company values
- Involves entire team in selling and visual initiatives
- Takes a forward-thinking approach to the customer experience through in-store marketing, merchandising, display, and outfitting
- Supports the Store Manager in developing event programming
- Delivers a seamless, omni-channel shopping experience
- Trains the team on store processes, merchandise placement, and standards
- Participates as the manager-on-duty
- Supports the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent
- Utilizes Company tools to analyze business opportunities within product placement
- Collaborates with key partners to effectively execute shipment processing and restocking
Requirements
- 1+ years store Visual Merchandising and Leadership experience
- Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
