About the role

• Junior Engineering Analyst overseeing construction projects across Brazil. Collaborating with internal teams and ensuring quality according to ABNT standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all phases of construction works: foundations, structure, building installations, HVAC, finishes, and final handover to the client, throughout Brazil;
• Monitor and control detailed schedules, track deviations, analyze risks, and propose corrective action plans;
• Conduct periodic technical inspections, issuing photographic and technical reports that record non-conformities, physical progress, and outstanding items;
• Maintain construction documentation, ensuring organization of drawings, contracts, measurements, meeting minutes, and field records;
• Control deadlines, costs, and quality, ensuring compliance with the contracted scope and delivery according to the approved plan;
• Actively interface with internal departments (engineering, procurement, and planning) to ensure smooth approvals and decision-making;
• Apply Lean Construction planning methodologies focused on productivity, waste reduction, and execution efficiency;
• Coordinate suppliers and contractors, ensuring supplier integration;
• Participate in in-person and remote meetings with clients, designers, and contractors to ensure technical and strategic alignment;
• Ensure good construction practices, occupational safety, and quality of execution in accordance with applicable ABNT and NR standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering;
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit for project visualization;
• Valid driver's license (CNH);
• Availability to work outside regular business hours and to travel;
• Experience managing construction projects in the retail sector is a plus;
• Owning a vehicle for site visits is considered an advantage.
