Senior Brand Manager leading the development of regional brand strategies for Merz Aesthetics. Focused on B2B and B2C marketing across the EMEA region.
Responsibilities
You lead the development and adaptation of regional brand strategies, with a strong focus on both B2B and B2C marketing.
You drive the regional tailoring of global B2C and B2B brand campaigns and product launches across EMEA.
You act as the brand custodian, ensuring consistency in both B2B and B2C messaging and visual identity across your markets.
You define and shape the full consumer and customer journey strategy — from brand awareness to conversion and loyalty.
You drive patient and healthcare professional (HCP) demand-generation strategies by equipping and enabling local markets with compelling storytelling, toolkits, omnichannel assets, and activation guidelines.
You analyze consumer and market performance, customer behavior, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic recommendations and future planning.
You collaborate closely with local markets to integrate insights into regional marketing strategies and contribute to global innovation discussions.
You work closely with Global Marketing, providing regional input and sharing local market practices, consumer and customer insights.
You ensure alignment with Medical Affairs and Regulatory, making sure all consumer- and customer-facing communications are compliant and used appropriately.
You manage regional marketing KPIs including consumer engagement metrics, sales tracking, and budget management.
You oversee cross-functional initiatives including digital projects, congresses, and team conferences.
Requirements
University degree in business, marketing/communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Brand and/or Product Management.
Ideally experience in a regional role within industries such as Medical Aesthetics, FMCG, Beauty/Cosmetics, or Dermocosmetics.
Experience in both B2B and B2C brand marketing.
Demonstrated experience developing and managing omnichannel brand campaigns and initiatives.
Strong understanding of consumer behavior and digital marketing trends in the health, beauty, or wellness sectors.
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience in local and international/multicultural settings is an advantage.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Customer- and consumer-insights oriented.
