- Independent repair, installation and maintenance of payment and banking systems at customer sites
- Close collaboration with our product management and support teams

- Analysis, resolution and documentation of software and hardware issues
- Serving as a knowledgeable point of contact for customers and colleagues
Requirements
- Successfully completed technical vocational training (e.g., Mechatronics Technician, Electronics Technician for Devices and Systems or Automation Technology, IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Systems Electronics Technician, or a comparable qualification in electromechanics)
- Initial experience in field service is desirable
- Class B driving license
- IT knowledge in operating systems and networks is an advantage
- Enjoy working with people, persuasive ability and a customer-oriented mindset
- High willingness to travel and be deployed (overnight hotel stays are the exception), reliability, strong communication and teamwork skills
