Responsibilities
Independent repair, installation and maintenance of payment and banking systems at customer sites
Close collaboration with our product management and support teams
Installation and configuration of software and hardware according to various migration strategies
User briefings and customer training after new installations
Analysis, resolution and documentation of software and hardware issues
Serving as a knowledgeable point of contact for customers and colleagues
Requirements
Successfully completed technical vocational training (e.g., Mechatronics Technician, Electronics Technician for Devices and Systems or Automation Technology, IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Systems Electronics Technician, or a comparable qualification in electromechanics)
Initial experience in field service is desirable
Class B driving license
IT knowledge in operating systems and networks is an advantage
Enjoy working with people, persuasive ability and a customer-oriented mindset
High willingness to travel and be deployed (overnight hotel stays are the exception), reliability, strong communication and teamwork skills
