About the role

• Service Engineer for Medical Equipment responsible for installation, maintenance, and support in clinical settings. Collaborating with teams to ensure device performance across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test medical devices at customer sites.
• Perform maintenance, installations, and upgrades medical devices.
• Diagnose technical issues and carry out repairs to minimize equipment downtime.
• Provide on‑site and remote technical support to end users.
• Document service activities, maintenance reports, and equipment status.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and internal procedures.
• Train medical staff on proper operation and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to support customer needs.

Requirements

• Technical degree in biomedical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, or a related field.
• While experience in medical device servicing is beneficial, we also welcome candidates with service experience in other technical fields.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Europe.
• Fluent in Polish, advanced English.
• German language skills are a strong asset, especially for cross-border collaboration.
• Proactive attitude, autonomy, and customer-oriented mindset.
