About the role

Responsibilities

  • Preparation and follow-up of meetings
  • Scheduling and tracking appointments for our Regional Manager
  • Maintaining close contact with branch managers
  • Point of contact for all matters related to day-to-day branch operations
  • Supporting the preparation, planning and booking of business travel
  • Professional telephone handling
  • Preparing reports and summaries related to timekeeping
  • Managing the applicant portal "Softgarden"
  • Support with current projects and daily operations

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., industrial clerk, hotel clerk, or legal secretary)
  • Professional experience in a comparable position
  • Proficiency with modern communication tools, particularly common MS Office applications (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Flexibility, ability to work independently, and strong organizational skills
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively at all levels
