About the role

Responsibilities
- Independently perform repairs, installations and maintenance of payment and banking systems at customer sites
- Work closely with our product management and support teams

- Install and configure software and hardware according to various migration strategies
- Conduct customer briefings and training after new installations
- Analyze, resolve and document software and hardware issues and act as a knowledgeable point of contact for our customers and colleagues
Requirements
- Completed technical vocational training (e.g., mechatronics technician, electronics technician for devices and systems, automation technician, IT specialist for system integration, IT systems electronics technician, or a comparable qualification in electromechanics)
- Some experience in technical field service is desirable
- Valid Category B (car) driving license
- IT knowledge in operating systems and networks is an advantage
- Enjoy working with people, persuasive communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- High willingness to travel and be deployed (overnight hotel stays are rare)
- Reliability, strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team
