About the role

Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize the necessary databases for deploying Advertising products (Sponsored Highlights, Banners, Email Marketing, and WhatsApp)
- Perform counting and segmentation of lists for Email Marketing and WhatsApp sends
- Deploy Sponsored Highlights services on Memed's platforms on a biweekly basis
- Monitor and validate deployed campaigns, ensuring they are live as planned
- Collect and send proof of placement to clients
- Support the Sales team in monitoring campaigns and answering campaign-related questions
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
- Have at least 1 year remaining until graduation
- Well organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to quickly learn digital tools
- Good written communication
- Interest in working with Advertising, Operations, or Digital Media
- Availability to work 6 hours per day
- Differentials (not required)
- Previous experience implementing or operating Advertising campaigns
- Knowledge of Google Ads or Google Ad Manager
- Familiarity with Email Marketing tools or CRM systems
- Experience working with sales teams or customer support areas
- Experience in an agency, media outlet, adtech company, or digital platform
