Responsibilities

• Join Meltwater's Client Insights team as an Insights Analyst
• Contribute to bespoke reports and project management for esteemed clients
• Shape customized reports and assist in managing key projects using quantitative and qualitative media analysis
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality reports and refine techniques to meet evolving client needs
• Collect, organize, and analyze customer research metrics to support critical business decisions
• Responsibilities include data compilation, analysis, insight generation, and assisting in report development methodologies
• Track deadlines and maintain formatting and visual consistency of reports
• Produce dashboards, report templates, and queries
• Analyze mainstream and social media content to inform strategic communication objectives
• Develop strategies to improve report quality based on client feedback
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients using Meltwater software, Excel, and PowerPoint

Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant work experience (client-facing roles are advantageous)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a particular emphasis on proficient report writing in English.
• Banking/financial insights experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel, including PivotTable, VLOOKUP, and similar functions.
• Meticulous attention to detail, adept at handling recurring tasks and ensuring data integrity.
• Proficient report writing skills, covering both qualitative and quantitative aspects.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to exceptional client servicing.
• Critical thinking skills, facilitating insights derived from data analysis.
• Strong interest in current affairs, mainstream media, and social media trends.
• Comfortable working autonomously and collaborating effectively with remote team members, including reporting to managers situated in distant locations.
• A keen interest in learning, adaptability, and resilience in a dynamic work environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, particularly in report writing.
