About the role
- Supporting Change Management for product changes in the medical technology sector. Involves task planning, presentations, and process optimization in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- You will support Change Management in planning and executing product changes (rollout of product modifications)
- You will draft internal communications and prepare presentations
- You will assist the Change Management Office with daily tasks
- You will contribute to the optimization and digitalization of the change management process
Requirements
- You are enrolled in an engineering degree program (e.g., mechanical engineering), industrial engineering, or a comparable course of study
- You are confident in using Microsoft Office applications
- Initial experience with the software applications Jira / Confluence is an advantage
- You demonstrate a high degree of reliability, an independent and structured working style, and the ability to work in a team
- You have very good German and English skills
