- Senior Manager responsible for Material Flow & Packaging Engineering at Ford. Leading complex projects and transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality in automotive operations.
Responsibilities
- Plan, Develop & Execute Thailand Transformation Projects in addition to MFPE Operations for all current programs for Thailand, AAT, KDC, FVL & New ASEAN Projects to meet MP&L/ Corporate objectives
- Drive MP&L Engineering to get the Best EBIT, FLOW, Material Stream and most efficient L&OH
- Drive E2E TVM / Cost Efficiency Actions to meet Stretch Deliverables of Corporate Objectives
- Manage a robust People Plan with a key focus on team development, training & skilling for future
- Build strong networks across key teams – VME, PTME, MSAP, Programs, Finance, Program Purchasing, Plant Operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Logistics / Masters in Science
- Minimum 12-15 years working experience in an automotive company, or equivalent manufacturing engineering sector, in Ford MP&L / VME
- Has led Complex Projects / Experienced in Material Flow & Project Engineering Management
- Has hands on experience in material flow engineering / manufacturing engineering and lead various projects, programs delivering engineering solutions, cost efficiencies and people development
