Responsibilities
General accounting tasks in cooperation with the external tax advisor
Posting of incoming and outgoing invoices / maintaining the open items list
Commercial support for our customer service department
Travel expense accounting, long-term supplier declarations, cash book
Participation in national and international projects
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., bank clerk, industrial clerk) or equivalent
Professional experience in financial accounting, taxes or commercial administration is an advantage
Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel
Strong affinity for numbers and a structured, precise way of working
Strong communication skills and service orientation when dealing with internal and external contacts, including in English (spoken and written)
