Territory Manager responsible for achieving sales objectives for neurovascular products in Las Vegas and Utah. Develops relationships with key stakeholders while implementing market strategies.
Responsibilities
Achieve annual sales objectives through selling and supporting the Company’s neurovascular products.
Develop clinical and administrative relationships in assigned accounts.
Formulate a grow and defend territory strategy, accounting for competitive pressures and local market conditions.
Collaborate across key internal stakeholder groups (finance, sales operations, marketing, OEM, etc.).
Conduct and/or evaluate market research including customers and competitors’ activities.
Assess customer needs and feedback regarding new products and/or modifications to existing products.
Complete business analytics and regional reporting assignments in a timely, accurate fashion.
Participate fully in training on new products and procedures.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree and 3+ years of medical sales experience.
5 years in medical or hospital service-line function, medical sales preferred.
Evidence of top sales achievement with experience in multilevel account management is preferred.
Demonstrated experience in properly functioning within an office or hospital based operating room or cath lab setting.
Clinical experience in the interventional suite, hospital environment, or emergency medical response.
Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy.
Must be able to drive approximately 50% of the time within assigned territory and may require overnight travel.
