About the role

  • Consumer Digital Solutions Manager delivering re-imagined digital solutions portfolio. Collaborating with teams to implement strategies that enhance business performance and user experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for new product development and life-cycle management from ideation to launch
  • Responsible for rapid prototyping and piloting emerging technologies
  • Stay current with Pharmacy Benefit Management, healthcare industry, digital health trends
  • Act as a Voice of Customer to inform personas, roadmaps, backlog prioritization
  • Design user journeys that address user pain points, unmet needs
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive alignment and continuous improvement
  • Responsible for implementing analytics and measurement capabilities
  • Contribute to the go-to-market strategies, positioning and launch plans

Requirements

  • BS/BA and 5+ years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2 years' of SME in respective areas
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office / Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio and Outlook
  • Working knowledge of key business applications such as Figma, Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Jira, Confluence.
