About the role
- IT-Consultant supporting clients in the installation and operation of medical diagnostic software systems. Collaborating closely with the engineering team at medicalvalues in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Installation and configuration of medicalvalues solutions at our clients’ sites in laboratories, hospitals and medical practices, including connection/configuration of on-site IT systems (hospital information systems / practice information systems)
- Supporting clients in integrating our applications with their IT infrastructure and network (telematics infrastructure, printers, card readers, etc.)
- Conducting training sessions and providing user support
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients in support cases
Requirements
- You already have professional experience in IT consulting or are highly motivated to start in this field
- You have completed vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or hold an equivalent qualification
- Customer-oriented mindset and the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills in German and English
- Goal-oriented work style, quick comprehension, and a proactive approach to contributing your own ideas
