Responsibilities

  • Own backlog definition, grooming, and prioritization
  • Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Work daily with engineering teams in agile ceremonies
  • Align sprint work with product vision and organizational priorities
  • Ensure product increments meet quality and functionality expectations

Requirements

  • 2–5 years as a Product Owner or similar role
  • A strong educational background in Computer Science or Business Administration is valued
  • Knowledge of product lifecycle, design thinking, and road mapping/prioritization tools
  • Strong domain understanding in one or more areas: clinical outcomes, culinary ops, procurement
  • Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Experience with agile methodologies
  • Willingness to travel occasionally; valid passport with no travel restrictions
