Junior Relationship Analyst at MDS Brasil responsible for client support and insurance services. Engaging with clients to ensure effective communication and service satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Provide service to a portfolio of lower-complexity clients via in-person, telephone and/or digital channels, ensuring each client is served according to their needs in an agile and assertive manner.
Provide customer support through attentive treatment based on dialogue and understanding of the customer’s needs, with the goal of clarifying questions and/or providing necessary information regarding the coverage process for insurable and non-insurable benefits.
Support clients with reimbursement requests and/or reimbursement pre-approvals, via in-person, telephone and/or digital channels, to ensure effective reimbursement of expenses arising from care received outside the accredited network.
Perform the procedures necessary to conduct market studies by collecting the data and information required to complete quotation forms, in order to identify the best terms and options for the client within the renewal timeline.
Prepare reports and/or presentations with loss-ratio (claims) indicators by organizing data, information and quantitative and qualitative analyses, in order to provide the client with the policy results.
Identify opportunities for improvement through mappings carried out during process execution, implementation of procedures and workflows, in order to suggest actions that enable continuous improvement in customer service.
Perform other related and inherent professional activities as required by the area, through training, professional development and guidance from the immediate supervisor, to ensure ongoing professional growth.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related fields
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel
Experience in insurance with health, dental and life insurance products, and knowledge of current ANS regulations (Brazilian National Supplementary Health Agency)
