Junior Relationship Analyst responsible for client benefits and health coverage support in Rio de Janeiro. Engaging and proactive professional focusing on client needs in the insurance area.
Responsibilities
Provide service to a portfolio of lower-complexity clients through in-person, telephone and/or digital channels to ensure all clients are attended to promptly and accurately according to their needs.
Assist clients with attentive, dialogue-based interactions and by understanding their needs, providing clarification and necessary information regarding coverage processes for insurable and non-insurable benefits.
Support clients with reimbursement requests and pre-authorization of reimbursements via in-person, telephone and/or digital channels, ensuring effective reimbursement of expenses incurred from care received outside the accredited network.
Carry out procedures required for market studies by collecting the data and information needed to complete quotation forms, in order to identify the best terms and options for the client within the renewal timeframe.
Prepare reports and/or presentations with claims indicators (loss ratio) by organizing data and performing quantitative and qualitative analyses to provide clients with policy results.
Identify improvement opportunities through process mapping performed during execution, application of procedures and workflows, and suggest actions to enable continuous improvement in customer service.
Perform other related professional activities inherent to the role as required by the area’s needs or demand, and when necessary undertake training, professional development and guidance from the immediate supervisor to ensure continuous professional growth.
Requirements
Basic knowledge of Excel;
Experience in the insurance sector with health and dental products and knowledge of current ANS (National Supplementary Health Agency) regulations;
