About the role

  • Data Analyst responsible for engaging with suppliers and visualising data for internal decision-making at M+C Saatchi Group. This role involves collaboration with multiple stakeholders and data-driven reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Undertake Data Projects for Reporting, including: • GHG emissions data collection from M&C Saatchi businesses • Planet & People metrics and wider ESG data collection • Clean Planet and People Positive Campaigns data (including liaising with project owners to clarify and classify data) • Build macro picture of data and trends across our Planet and People Commitments • ESG Supplier Engagement: Lead proactive engagement with suppliers to drive alignment with M+C Saatchi’s sustainability goals. This includes: • Risk-based assessments of supplier performance against environmental, social, and governance criteria and identifying gaps or areas for improvement • Proactive outreach to collect data from suppliers • Working with suppliers to develop and track corrective action and continuous-improvement plans, providing guidance and tools where needed • Collaborating with Procurement team to embed responsible sourcing practices, integrating ESG requirements into contracts and tender processes, and contributing to transparent reporting on supply-chain ESG performance.

Requirements

  • Experience of working with data and data visualisation
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and proven capability to communicate requirements to stakeholders and provide support to deliver them.
  • Fluent English language skills.
