About the role
- Co-Op Data Analyst contributing to data solutions for HPN. Supporting data-driven decision making and improving enterprise strategy.
Responsibilities
- Support business teams in the collection, organization, and analysis of data
- Assist in gathering and documenting requirements for dashboards and analytics solutions, along with building and maintaining reports in Power BI to support decision making
- Ensure data quality through review and validation
- Contribute to projects aligned with enterprise strategy
- Identify insights and opportunities for improvement
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics or similar field (exceptional senior undergraduates may be considered)
- Experience with analytical tools and languages supporting data analysis, reporting, and visualization like Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Python, and/or SQL
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptionally detail-oriented with polished written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable communicator across all levels of the organization; able to effectively tell stories with data and present findings to a non-technical audience
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM preferred
- Previous internship or co-op experience required.
