About the role
- Senior Manager of Regional Security Operations overseeing security programs at McKesson nationwide. Supporting risk mitigation strategies and compliance across distribution business units in the USA.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of a robust security program to identify specific risks and develop risk mitigation strategies
- Provide general security subject matter expertise to BUs
- Perform investigations as assigned and collaborate with Global Security Investigations as needed
- Provide support in crisis management, workforce disruption issues, and transportation security
- Oversee supply chain security operations for McK distribution business units
- Conduct annual security audits to assess BU adherence with Global Security standards
- Collaborate effectively with BU leadership and other stakeholders to help drive solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a 4-year college or university or a minimum of 7+ years equivalent work experience
- Security management experience with a history of strong performance across multiple security domains
- Experience conducting corporate security investigations in a large, matrixed environment or within an organization providing law enforcement, audit, and/or legal services
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities and driving concurrently conducted projects to successful completion
- Experience in project management, organizational change, and/or process improvement
- Confident presenter and public speaker with effective oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with high levels of attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective at establishing collaborative working relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Relevant professional certifications such as PSP, CPP preferred
- Proficient in the use of MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Six Sigma tools and methodologies preferred
